Editorial standards
Editorial Policy
How Mention Atlas researches, writes, updates, and monetizes its guides.
Independence
We separate editorial judgment from commercial relationships. Vendors may be included because they are relevant to a workflow, not because they pay for placement. Sponsored content, if ever accepted, will be labeled.
No invented firsthand experience
We do not say we tested, used, purchased, or achieved results with a product unless that experience actually occurred and can be documented. When a product overview relies on public documentation, we describe it as an analysis of published information.
Product facts
Pricing, plan names, feature availability, limits, platform coverage, and partner-program terms can change. We date product-specific reviews and link to primary vendor sources whenever practical. Readers should verify current purchasing details with the vendor.
Measurement integrity
Social listening and monitoring datasets are bounded by query design, source access, language, geography, time, API/platform constraints, duplication, spam, sampling, and automated classification. We surface these limits instead of presenting dashboards as complete representations of public opinion.
Corrections
If we identify a material factual error, we correct it and update the relevant date or note where appropriate. Contact us through the contact page with a source and a clear description of the issue.
